BIOGRAPHY
Jason is a PhD student studying Organizational Behavior at the Foster School of Business, University of Washington in Seattle. His research explores how organizations can play a more central role in responding to some of the most pressing societal grand challenges. Specifically, he examines the psychological and behavioral consequences employees experience when they are in a condition of constraint and face shortages in essential resources such as food, housing, employment, and financial stability, as well as identifies interventions that can help reduce these adverse effects. In sum, he aims to study how organizations can better support employees who are facing basic need insecurities.
Prior to joining Foster, he earned an MSc in Human Resources and Organizations from the London School of Economics and a B.S. in Psychology from the University of California - San Diego.
